No, only one discount can be applied at a time to due Shopify’s features. Discount codes cannot be used on bundles or subscriptions unless otherwise specified. Therefore most discount codes are good only for single full size body care products, kimonos and gifts.

We will ship your package within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends will be shipped Monday or Tuesday of the next week. Orders placed after 2pm PST are usually shipped the following day. Please keep in mind we are a small business and ship everything in-house. We strive to ship everything as quickly as possible, but we are only a very small team at this time. However, we know how important it is to get your package as soon as possible, rest assured we will do everything we can to get it shipped quickly.
Yes, we do ship internationally, but with some restrictions. At this time we are not shipping to the EU and China. We also do not offer free shipping internationally at this time. For details, we recommend checking out our Shipping Policy.
At this time we offer free returns on US orders made within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must be in brand new condition in order to be returned. Restrictions do apply on free returns. Please refer to our Return Policy for complete details.
Our current products are about 99% natural. At the moment, we do use one non-toxic synthetic ingredient, which is actually required by the FDA because the natural version can actually be toxic ironically. You can learn more on our product pages where we link to Skin Deep about the ingredient. Overall, we always strive to use natural ingredients, but are not opposed to non-toxic synthetic ingredients if they add to the overall positive experience and result of the product. We hope that makes sense!
Yes, we never test on animals or use ingredients tested on animals.
Our Ocean Polish Body Scrub and Ocean Butter Body Balm are both vegan.
We strive to use as many organic ingredients as possible, however we’re not 100% organic. Our Ocean Polish is made with 87% organic oils and butters (salt the majority of the ingredients cannot be considered organic because it’s not grown) and our Ocean Butter is made with 62% organic ingredients.
We don’t have samples, but we do have mini sizes for our Ocean Polish and Ocean Butter with our Ocean Glow Travel Duo. You can start with those to try them out. However we do recommend the larger sizes for repeat purchases as you will be saving money in the long run with our Ocean Duo discount. We also have subscription discounts for both the Ocean Polish and Ocean Butter when sold separately.
No, we definitely do not recommend machine washing your silk kimono! Silk is delicate yet durable textile when correctly taken care of. Please refer to our Kimono Care Guide on how to care for your kimono so it lasts for years to come.
