PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

HOW DO WE USE AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use the information you’ve given to us to:
- Communicate with you via email, for our rewards program and purchases;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

- Luzuli may share information with our company affiliates or subsidiaries such as region based procurement centers. If another company acquires our company, business, or our assets, we will also share information with that company.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. MODIFICATION OR REMOVAL OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you wish to remove or modify any of your personally identifiable information, you can click the "opt-out" or "unsubscribe" link in any email or contact us to make the request using the Contact function on the menu for the site or by modifying how your information is used via the cookie pop up on the bottom of our site.
GDPR RIGHTS FOR EU CITIZENS
The EU GDPR has specific rights which are available here: ‘Rights for Citizens’.
For the purpose of our policy these are briefly explained.
- Access :: You have the right to request information about the personal data we hold at any time. Upon receiving that your request we will provide you with all current personal data via e-mail.
- Rectification :: You have the right to request rectification of your personal data if found incorrect, including the right to have incomplete personal data completed. If you have an account you can edit your personal data under your account page. We expect that you keep this personal data current.
- Erasure :: You have the right to erase any personal data processed by Luzuli at any time except for the following situations: where you may have an open order, unsettled debt are suspect of service misuse or if you have made any purchase that requires us to information via legal bookkeeping rules.

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. The information on this site is directed towards a general audience. Our server automatically collects information when you visit us, including the site you came from and your IP address (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). No personal information about you is revealed in this process. Our website permits you to create an account. When you do you will be prompted to create a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and you are responsible for any access to or use of your account by someone else that has obtained your password, whether or not such access or use has been authorized by you. You should immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account.
You may leave comments on blog posts and our social media accounts. Please remember that any information you provide is not private. The information can be viewed by anyone online including family, friends, the media, investigators, and potential employers conducting background checks.

We link to other sites, but please keep in mind that we do not control the privacy policies of those sites. Make sure to review the policies of any such sites before providing your personal information.
As of right now Luzuli do not currently market or sell our products to residents of the EU. However if we do so in the future, and if you are a European resident at that time, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.
Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
