We will offer free domestic US shipping for orders over $75.
We offer free pick up for local customers in the city of Ventura. Pick up times may vary. After the order is placed we'll contact you via email to schedule a time for pick up.
We cannot offer free shipping for international orders at this time.
Free shipping promotions are subject to change, however we are always doing our best to offer the best shipping rates and promotions possible to our guests.
General Shipping Information
ALL orders are shipped out of the US. If you are ordering outside of the US, please take into consideration that international delivery times may vary. We are not held responsible for delivery times taking longer than the estimated delivery times shown during checkout.
Currently, we offer a variety of shipping options domestically and internationally, which you can see during checkout after you've entered your address. All shipping options offer basic to excellent tracking based upon which option you choose.
Although we ship internationally, we do not ship to all countries worldwide. Please read the International Shipping section below to see which countries we are unable to ship to at this time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Luzuli DOES NOT hold responsibility for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. However, if your package does not reach you, contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can begin an investigation with the mail courier to attempt to track down the package. Please ALWAYS make sure your address is correct.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the situation. Photos are required for exchanges for damaged products.
US Domestic Shipping
We offer domestic shipping to all 50 states, plus free shipping for orders over $75.
While we would love to ship to every country worldwide, we reserve the right to change our international shipping policies at any time due to custom regulations and new laws. Please check back closer to our launch date for any updates to our International Shipping Policy.
We do our best to calculate taxes, duties, tariffs and other fees up front during checkout to give you the best buying experience possible, however we cannot guarantee there will not be any other international fees that may come up based upon where you live. All taxes, duties, tariffs and any other fees are 100% the buyers responsibility. We, the seller, are not responsible for customs charges. Nor are we responsible for packages that are refused due to high duties and taxes; packages that cannot clear customs due to country restrictions; or any additional package delays. After you receive package tracking, it is your responsibility to track the progress of the package, as you will not always be notified of customs holding your package. If you decide to refuse your package or not pay the duties, it will be sent back to us. Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and return the package, we may refund the order less any shipping paid. The cost of shipping is paid directly to the shipping provider, and therefore is not refundable.
